Private Parties

The home will be available for private parties beginning April 10th. Party times will be held daily at 11-2pm and 6-9pm and will last no longer than 3 hours. The cost is $450.00 for the first 25 people and $12.00 per person thereafter, with a maximum of 250. 

If you are looking for that special place for wedding showers, receptions, dinner clubs, business functions or graduation celebrations, the Designer Showcase home is a unique and lovely place for any special occasion. Party host must provide catering and clean up.
